1. Seller Identification
FreshAir Pro online store, operated in Switzerland. Contact: contact@freshairpro.ch
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all relations between the seller and any customer making a purchase on the freshairpro.ch website.
3. Orders
The customer places an order by selecting one or more products, validating the cart, and then making payment. Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Payment is secure (credit cards, TWINT, PayPal). No banking data is stored by FreshAir Pro.
5. Delivery
See the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 30 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
7. Warranty
All products benefit from a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damages due to improper use.
8. Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for order processing and communication with the customer. In accordance with Swiss legislation (FADP) and the European GDPR, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.

10. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
